Colfax Guest House and The Russell Apartment

The Colfax Guest House is a separate guesthouse on a property in Colfax, California which is rented by the month, only to students of the School.  The guesthouse rents for $750 for the entire month, or if renting only 3 days a week during the course, it is $50 a day.

The Russell Apartment is located approximately 2 miles from the School in Applegate, California. This is a 700 sq. foot self-contained apartment on the bottom floor of a 2-story home. It includes livingroom, kitchen/dining room, bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a workroom with a table and task light. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer-dryer and separate heating system. WIFI is available. The home is located in a quiet, rural area, close to biking and hiking trails. It is non-smoking and the owners prefer to rent to female guests only.

I just got my first job! I am doing a full garden on a new home in American River Canyon. Also spoke with Bret this week and he got offered the internship in So. Africa - huge.
